Camp Y-Noah offers a dynamic setting for your employee teambuilding programs. Communication, trust and respect-these are the building blocks of successful teamwork. At Camp Y-Noah, the discovery of these foundations is made possible though a combination of group initiative challenges and access to outdoor low ropes elements and high ropes adventure activities. Included is a teambuilding program that values qualities such as:
- Creative problem solving
- Positive conflict management
- Exploration of techniques for effective use of resources, change management and leadership skills
Corporate Leadership Development
Corporate Leadership programs can be as short as a three-hour “meeting breaker” or as long as a few overnight stays. For meetings and training, our Omnova Solutions Foundation Leadership Development Center includes two separate meeting rooms:
Meeting Room 1: Seats 40, theater-style, or 32 at tables
Meeting Room 2: Seats up to 15 in a lounge atmosphere
Our facility also features the outdoor Snyder Amphitheater with capacity for up to 80 people. A TV/VCR, wall mounted dry erase board, flip chart and easel are available for presentations. Get away from the office, phones and emails for a day and concentrate on goals, projects and fun for the office team!
Low & High Ropes Challenge Courses
Led by experienced facilitators, the Camp Y-Noah low and high ropes programs are a fun and challenging way for your group to grow.
Designed to promote an understanding of individual differences that contribute to the whole, the low ropes experience gives your team the opportunity to work on a variety of teambuilding skills. The high ropes experience is designed to create individual challenges, achieved with group support.
Recreational Activities
If the goal of your trip is to have fun and get to know one another outside of the work environment, then Camp Y-Noah is the place for you! We have two full basketball courts, a sand-volleyball court, Human Foosball Court, Ga-Ga, a soccer field and scenic hiking trails throughout our 290 acres. Your group can also schedule time to try the 25 ft. climbing wall, archery or BB ranges, horseback riding and canoeing, fishing or swimming at Lake Noah.
