A day to be inspired by Summa Health and Akron Area YMCA staff and leadership, as they reflect on their favorite quotes by Dr. King before taking part -- with you -- in a FREE and FUN recreational activity for the whole family.  
Everyone is welcome.  No membership necessary.

Come to one or more, but please let us know so we have the space -- and the necessary amount of refreshments.

*Kickboxing Cardio: This total body workout combines boxing, martial arts and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. No bag or gloves needed.

**Tabata is a physical and mental challenge that will increase your metabolism and muscular endurance using intervals of intense work followed by recovery periods. 

***Core Conditioning works to tone and strengthen the mid-section by using effective abdominal, back and hip exercises
