How do I join?
Visit an Akron Area YMCA near you or click a membership option below to join online.
The membership branch you choose will become your "home branch". Join any of the Akron Area YMCA branches, receive access to all 6 branches including YMCA of Central Stark locations.
Akron Area YMCA Membership Types Defined:
Adult: A single individual between the ages of 24 and 65.
Young Adult: A single individual between the ages of 18 and 23.
Youth: A child under 18 years of age. Parent must be the primary on the account and will be inactive on the youth membership unit.
Family: Consists of any 2 adults living at the same address and dependent children up to age 18. Children aged 18 to 23 are eligible for the family membership if proof of dependency is provided.
Older Adult: Any individual age 65 or over.
Older Adult Couple: A couple living at the same address, one of whom must be 65 years or older.
