Respite Weekends
Co-ed / Ages 6 - Adult
Friday - Sunday
$265 per weekend
Respite Weekends are fun-filled weekend camp-outs held throughout the year at Rotary Camp. Children and adults with disabilities are eligible to attend. Campers arrive on Friday evening and stay through Sunday morning. Throughout the weekend campers enjoy traditional camp activities, as well as special seasonal ones. These weekends are great opportunities for campers to see their old friends and make new ones as well. It’s also a great way for a first-time camper to gain a short overnight experience.
The goals of our Respite programs are to increase camper’s independence and self-esteem; develop social skills; and to further strengthen the family unit by providing a safe, fun and nurturing environment for individuals with disabilities.
Camper drop off is from 6pm-7pm on Friday. Camper pick-up is between 10am - 11am on Sunday. A parent program is held at 10:15am on Sunday to showcase your campers talents and the activities from the weekend.

FREE Sibling Program
Coed/ Ages 11-17
One Sunday a month
1:00pm - 5:00pm
Rotary Camp's sibling programs are opportunities for brothers and sisters of children with special needs to obtain peer support and education within a relaxed and fun recreational environment. The goal of the program is to celebrate the role of the sibling, provide a platform for concerns, and have fun. Leadership development is a large part of our focus. We want to build strong leadership skills in our siblings so that they in turn can be leaders in their families! Our activities include, but are not limited to: music, dance, art, crafts, theater, photography, nature exploration, canoeing, and much more! Leadership skill development is a large focus.
At the Rotary Camp we are committed to the well-being of the entire family. This program allows us to continue our service to the community, the family, and the individual. If you would like more information on registering specific events or how to get involved, please contact camp at 330-644-4512.
