These webinars are single topic mini-trainings that typically last 30 - 45 minutes and are designed to help you be more productive every day at the YMCA. All YMCA staff and volunteers are welcome to attend. Participants are invited to stay and ask specific questions after the main presentation.
Web Admin: Adding and Editing Pages
We will review key elements of navigating within our Web Admin tool. We will demonstrate how to add a new page to our web site using our web administration tool. We will outline each type of web page on our site and the unique elements of each. We will discuss the differences between hidden, visible, published and unpublished pages. We will also show how to connect to your new page from other parts of the site. We will go in-depth on editing content on existing landing pages and tertiary pages including how to update body text, and header text.

Web ADMIN: Highlights, Jobs, and Events
We will take a step-by-step approach to adding and editing highlights, job listings, and calendar events to the web site using our Web Admin tool. We’ll cover a lot of ground on each of these topics including how each of these intersects with each other and other parts of the web site. (Example: Highlights that point to Events). We’ll also show you how to review applications received online. This session assumes previous experience with our Web Admin tool or attendance to the previous session Adding and Editing Pages.

Fundraising: using your data, DOps Reports
We will take a look at DAXKO Operations Custom Report area to see what new reports DAXKO has designed specifically for Financial Development. Sandy Turner will join the call to help direct us to specific reports and help you understand how to interpret each one. Our focus will be how to get information that will help you make your 2012 PWY campaign successful by giving you access to information about your campaign whenever you need to do so.

EMarketing: Sending Registration and Survey Links By Email
During this session we will build an email that could be sent to program participants to encourage them to complete the outcomes survey and to register for programs in the next session. To do this we will: create an email to the participants of a past or current program using data from DOps, we will cover email etiquette related to this type of e-communication, we will generate body text, we will create links directly to our outcomes surveys, we will create links directly to online program registrations for specific or groups of programs, and we will discuss Brand Compliance issues that may be in effect. Because of the large amount of material to cover please allocate 60 – 75 minutes for this session.
