American Camp Association - As an accredited camp, Rotary Camp strives to profide our staff with the most information possible. ACA is full of info regarding the summer camp experience. Camping magazine, available on the website, provides a lot of helpful articles to help get you through the summer.
Ultimate Camp Resource - This site offers a variety of camp activities. There are games, songs, skits, crafts, and team building activities.
CampHacker - Who doesn't love a good podcast? This site is FULL of information on running a great camp. The podcasts are available on itunes.
CampLeadership - Worried about being the only counselor that doesn't know any songs? Need new song ideas? CampLeadership provides videos of songs and games so you can see how they are sung and see the motions! It is AWESOME!
Disney Family Fun - This is an excellent resources for crafts and games. You can search by age, materials, and even some themes! There are some really creative ideas here!
Summer Camp Program Director - Brought to you by "The Recreation Guy" this site is full of tips, tricks, themes, and activity ideas. This is presented by a guy who actually know camping personally.
iCare - The YMCA of the USA provides this awesome PDF resource that includes over 50 activities to get kids connected to nature.
Nature Rocks! - This website is sweet! You can put in how much time you have, where the activity will occur, and children's age ranges and they return several appropriate activities.
Youth Work Practice - This site is full of games and ideas for devotions, themes, and projects. Originally developed in German, the English translation is excellent!!
