Facility Rental Guidelines
Birthday Parties
Available rooms:Cafetorium, Gym, and/or Outside Playground
Times Available:Monday-Friday 5:00pm - 8:00pm
Saturdays 10:00am - 5:00pm
- Birthday Parties – for up to ages 12 years
- Capacity 20 youths
- Schedule can be modified with approval from the Executive Director
- Parent supervision is required at ALL times
- Decorations can be hung with scotch or masking tape and must be removed at the end of the rental
Fee: Starting at $35 per hour
Meeting Rooms
Times available:Monday-Friday 3:00pm - 9:00pm
Weekends 11:00am - 5:00pm
Can be rented for meetings, classes, trainings, holiday events, conferences, community events and club holdings.
- Conference Room/Cafetorium (cap. 205 people) Starting at $35 per hour
- Small Meeting Room/LRC (cap. 35 people) Starting at $35 per hour
- Small Classroom/Music and Craft room (cap. 35 people) Starting at $35 per hour
Coffee and supplies – additional charge
Gym Rentals
Times available:Monday-Friday: 3:00pm - 9:00pm
Saturday 11:00am - 5:00pm
- Can be rented for birthday parties, sports camps, practices, games and tournaments
- If headboards need to be adjusted, request must be made in advance
- Must work around designated scheduled programs, i.e. school events, community events and family programs
Gym fee: Starting at $50 per hour
