Lose4U begins January 23rd

Achieve your weight loss goals with our LOSE4U challenge. Workout 2 times per week for 12 weeks in a small group with a certified Personal Trainer. Teams consist of 3 or 4 people, you can sign up with friends or register individually. We will place you on a team within the larger group. Also includes weekly newsletter support and nutritional information.
