Group Exercise Programs
The Wadsworth YMCA offers a variety of group exercise programs to fit your wellness and fitness needs. Some programs are value-added [free] and others have a small fee. Classes run for 7 weeks and typically meet once a week. Join us in Cycling, Yoga, Zumba, Boot Camp, Toning, R.I.P.P.E.D., Barre, Kettlebells, Silver Sneakers, Seniorobics and more!
