Session Length
~ All personal training sessions will be 45 minutes.
Training Frequency Options
~ Once per week
~ Twice per week
~ Three times per week
~ We will also continue to offer single-session purchases for individuals who want to try personal training before committing to a recurring plan or for those who prefer occasional check-ins with a trainer.
Billing Structure and Pricing
~ Payment will be automatically drafted on the first of each month.
~ Pricing is standardized by training frequency.
~ Monthly rates were determined by identifying the midpoint between our current 30-minute and 60-minute session pricing. For example, the weekly rate (four sessions per month) aligns with the cost of our current four-session packages, scaled to the new 45-minute format.
Additional Info
~ Cancellation/changes must be made by the 25th of the month by submitting a PT Change/Cancellation Request form at the front desk.
~ Sessions do not roll over month-to-month.
~ 24 hr cancellation notice required or session is forfeited.
~ Accounts may be placed on hold for up to 2 months.

Frequently Asked Questions
Cancellations or changes to your program must be submitted by the 25th of the month to avoid charges for the next billing cycle. Anytime you want to change or cancel your program, please let your trainer know immediately.
Payments are automatically drafted on the first of each month.
Appointments are scheduled directly through your personal trainer and can only be set on days that are mutually agreed upon.
As a courtesy to your trainer and other clients, you are expected to arrive on time, dressed, and ready to train. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the previously agreed-upon time.
Sessions expire at the end of each month and cannot be carried over without direct approval from the Wellness Director.
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. If you do not provide notice, the session will be forfeited. You must contact your personal trainer directly to cancel or reschedule a missed session, and the rescheduled session must be completed within the same calendar month.
We will continue to honor any unused sessions purchased prior to January 1, 2026 as a courtesy during this transition. Your trainer will assist you in scheduling these sessions. Going forward, all personal training will be offered through our new monthly model.
You can put your account on hold for up to two months. Please notify your trainer in advance so we can pause your membership.
